Family, work, friends, church, friends from overseas! I not really sure if this year was a year of action, I didn't see myself as Jackie Chan or even Jet Li. I guess my way of action was to touch people's life. In a big or small way. I have always struggle to find time or balance everything but the things I do in my life, be it for others, I have always find joy in doing them. I guess as I get older each year, I get to know a little of myself better and because of that, I am able to be comfortable about myself and let my friends/family members know more about me. I guess I did not place too much goals this year for myself to achieve. I know it was going to be easy in 2008, getting everything/part of my life right. Like in church, home and work.


But it is truly God's grace that everything was place in my life this way for 2008. Like how I got the chance to visit Hong Kong, landing a new job (I'm sure it's a good thing at the end of the day), finding my place in church and getting baptism @ Christmas day. Everything seem to have come and gone. It's almost 2009 now.

It can't get better. I love Hong Kong la! With all the shopping and eating! Work have been great. Heaps of learning and understanding. I sometimes imagine myself in a Hong Kong Drama!

One year and counting

I am back from Brissy for a year now. I was just talking to my mum the other day and I was asking her, I look the same right? Did I gain any weight? Oh well, I also try to ask the questions I want to hear. After some thoughts, I told my mum, I should be asking if I have lose any weight! Brissy would seen so far away now that I have an excuse to go back in end of Sept. Don't wait to meet up with all my good pals back there.

For the past 6 months, I have been so busy with heaps of things that just happen to occupy my life. I have been to Bintan, Malaysia and Hong Kong for that short period and they were all for different reasons. Those are all new grounds to me, all that I have never thought about going, Bintan was for leisure, Malaysia was for Church Camp, which was GREAT!~ and the Hong Kong trip was for work. I am really glad that mum is more understanding nowadays on the things I do. Church have been an area that I am recently spending a lot of time on, be it cell group, sunday service, Welcome ministry or hanging out with churchies. Thinking back of all that God has done and provide, be it good or bad, I felt the love so strong that I would also like to spread that to the other people around me.

Work have been pretty routine and I am facing a transfer back to Centre of Innovation soon, maybe end of August or early. I am really glad to be able to work here @ LSCT, Ngee Ann Polytechinc. It was a good opportunity to understand and learn about the research enviroment in the Polytechinc. As a greenhorn in the industry, which I am still one, every chance is a good learning opportunity to me.

I am half way through to the year of action now and there is about 5 more months to go with them. Rock on and PRAY much.

The year of Action

It has been a blessing to be back to the arms of my love ones after the long hiding in Brissy. Every year in Christmas, since 2002, I will always remember the time, where I spent my time @ Sydney and Surfers, 2007 was no different. I truly have been enjoying my life alot and this is no easy task as a lot of people around me has make sacrifices to let me enjoy my life. I would just like to thanks everyone that have play a part in my life this far.

Christmas @ 2007 was spend mostly with my churchies. We had a skit on the meaning of Christmas and the girls was EMO, just look as how excited they are. How I wish, for the following year, i will have a big pool of fangirls~ following me~ wahahahahha.

Seriously, nothing beats having a group of crazy friends hanging out together. Just look @ this pic, I'm so sure in 30 years time down the road, we will still be taking pics like this. The theme of the pic is " Expression of Constipation ".
